These Terms & Conditions govern every visit to the MedicAlmo website and every use of the forms, accounts and messages offered through it. Using the site in any way means accepting these terms in full. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site.

MedicAlmo shares general information about Medicare coverage choices, including Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage plans, supplement policies and prescription drug coverage. The site also offers a way to request a personal plan review and to receive written replies.

MedicAlmo is not connected with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the federal Medicare program or any government agency. Plan availability, benefits and costs are set by the insurance companies that offer them and may change without notice.

• The site is intended for adults who are able to enter into a binding agreement.
• Information entered in any form must be accurate, current and complete.
• Each account holder is responsible for keeping login details private and for all activity under that account.
• MedicAlmo may suspend or close any account that appears to be misused.

Visitors agree not to do any of the following while using the site:

• Submit false details or information that belongs to another person
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the site
• Copy, scrape or resell site content without written permission
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to send unwanted messages

Content on the site is general and educational. It is not medical, legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not guarantee eligibility for any plan. Final plan details, including networks, drug lists and costs, should always be confirmed with the plan itself or with Medicare before enrolling.

Visitors who opt in through the sign up form may receive service and marketing text messages from MedicAlmo, as described in the consent language shown at sign up. Message frequency may vary, and standard message and data rates may apply.

• Replying STOP to any message ends further text messages.
• Replying HELP returns support information.
• Consent to receive messages is never a condition of any purchase.

The site may mention or link to insurance companies, government resources or other outside websites. MedicAlmo does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, practices or availability. Any coverage bought from a carrier is governed by that carrier's own contract.

All text, graphics, logos and page designs on the site belong to MedicAlmo or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Content may be viewed and printed for personal, noncommercial use only.

The site and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, MedicAlmo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site, from reliance on its content or from any plan decision.

Any dispute related to the site or these terms will be settled through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except for matters that qualify for small claims court. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law rules.

MedicAlmo may revise these terms from time to time. The date near the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a revision means acceptance of the updated terms.
